Is it possible to create a new league with new clubs inside a running nation?
For example, England has all its default leagues.
Using editor to create a new league not related to the existing ones, with new teams, so not interfering with default set-up?
I think something similar to the Regional leagues in Brazil, that don't classify to the National League.
