Individual roles

What does focusing on an individual role do? Sounds stupid and it's hard to explain what I mean, but I've decided to focus Carlos fierros training as a poacher, but what will that work on? Will all his poacher attributes go up or what will happen? Confused! Sorry if no-one understands

If you go the players training schedule on their own page, you can alter the individual training program on the left and the relevant attributes are highlighted. Or you can select from the drop down menu on the top right (labelled as Area).

For example, my youth below has central defending as his focus, so all the relevant attributes are highlighted and also tracked on the graph below.

So it just focuses on all attribute needed to play in the role you choose?

I believe so. Obviously other attributes might still change based on other factors, such as tutoring and general training though.
