Since this is something new in FM series I'm little bit confusedoO) with Individual Training Focus section in player Training screen.
Can someone, please, explain this new option and how this work? In particular it would be useful to have one practical tutorial with list of individual focus training areas and which player attributes they influence. For example if you choose agility as individual training focus it influence player pace, acceleration and whatever else etc.
Also it would be useful to know how long you need to keep player on certain regime to have some improvements.
