Individual training

How do you put players on individual training. I'm able to do it when staff recommend doing so, but how do I do it for myself?

Go to the player, click training and then chose either À premade schedule or setup à special focus area along with the training he is on.

If you click on the player and select training, then there is an individual focus button there, where you can select the attribute from. Alternatively, if you go to training in the team section, and look at the list of players on a particular training schedule, there is a training focus column which you can select the particular attribute from.
