Injured keeper and al subs used up.

Keeper injured, all subs used up. I have reorganised as best I can, but now it won't let me go back to the game. I just get my *** man telling me there's still an injured player on the pitch.

Please help.

try and sub the injured player off and it will tell you no more subs available would you like to take the player off the pitch anyway, you say yes and confirm

Are you sure you subbed them all?
That message shows up if you haven't made all subs available.

Try and click undo last as that sub not on the pitch yet and it should free up the sub you need for the injured player! Drove me mad before

you need to put an outfield player in goal it should work then
