So... here go Burton, sweeping all asunder to fifth place in league 2 with Shaun Harrad and Robert Mak (Slovakian U21 international) scoring 20 goals between them when all of a sudden:

Harrad gets a red card serves his 2 match ban plays a game scored 2 then got a second red card

Mak injured for 6 - 7 weeks twisted ankle

No problem i say... Greg Pearson and Andras Simon are able deputies

Next game Simon carried off knee 3 - 4 weeks

Greg pearson carried off ankle 3 - 4 weeks

Are the oppos/game deliberately nobbling my forwards all of a sudden or does the game just hate me?

Couple of other players injured but nothing like this..

One game I had 3 guys get knocked clear out of the game within 5 minutes of each other in the last 10 minutes after I was beating a team 3-0. This has happened a couple of times, I can never seem to do it others though.

Some players are just injury prone by the way, i usually go to injury history and see how often they get hurt before I sign a guy. I have this one good striker now but he keeps getting hurt almost every week for about 2 weeks. He can't get into any sort of form so he scores no goals and is usually out injured.

It's happened to my Arsenal side,
Kaka out for 6 months
Adebayor out for 2 months
Persie out for 2 weeks
Walcott out for 3 weeks
Vela out for 4 weeks
Didn't leave me with one player who could play upfront

getting a couple in training now too so wonder whether i need to ease the training down a little.

Harrad had never been sent off before in 3 seasons which is why 2 in 3 games seemed a bit harsh lol.

i just got attacking midfielder who just picked up an injury and is now out for 22 months

First season with on my Leeds save I had insane amounts of injuries, at one point actually forcing me to call up 3 youth players to fill the ranks....

The highlights were 2 broken legs (6-8 month), 3 broken arms (2-4 month) a spine injury and a 2 month virus.
Not to mention tons of bruised ribs, broken toes, some small neck injuries and lots of overextended tendons.
My training wasn't even that heavy (bad coaches, so I thought I keep it easy), but I did **** of a lot of other managers, so I guess they all went hard on my team at game day.
Now I'm trying to be nicer to my fellow managers....

i love it when this **** happens on my plymouth argyle (english championship) game i had 5 forwards who could all play up front for the first team although 3 of them were backups they all got injured :( lucky i had vaclav kadlec in my reserve team (it was first or second season he wasnt good enough for first team) i also had this 15/16 year old spainish u19/21 international who was banging in goals left right and centre so it wasnt all bad but i did lose/draw games i would of won norm

The only recommendation I can make is to try and improve your physio staff. You won't be able to avoid opposing managers from instructing their players to go in hard on you.
