Injury News not being sent to my Inbox

Hi, can anyone tell me how I can get injury news for my players to be sent to my Inbox again in the game? It used to notify me every time one of my players was injured, but all of a sudden it's stopped and it's only when I go to a press conference or to pick my team for a match that I find out I've got a new injury!

I've been searching through all the options in the News and Manage Subscriptions sections, but I can only see the option to receive injury news for players I'm subscribed to, not my own team.

Any help would be appreciated, it's really annoying me at the moment!

Your team doesn't have a physio so no one there to tell you about an injury.

u must have atleast 1 physio in your team mate
