My players always seem to be picking up injuries in training and its geting fustrating, im not really sure what to do now.
I've tried changing the training schedules and even put everyone's workload on light yet im still picking up alot of injuries. I think my only first team player not to pick up an injury so far this season is my keeper :'(
In the past month i've lost Dembele ( thigh strain ), Frei ( thigh strain ) Dempsey( strained knee ligaments ) & Badelj ( broken leg ). Now I have to use my useless reserve players and play people out of position as my midfied is pretty much gone.
Has anyone got any advice on what I can do?
