Inserting a Custom logo Problem

Hi all,
So laterly been spending time creating kits and logos for my new team: Stotfold United FC..........
The kits have loaded in the game but my logos have not, all tht appears is a plain black logo?

Could be that the logo is 200x200, most i see are 180x180, although i would have thought fm would just resize it anyway
config looks fine, you are putting them all in a folder then into my docs / si / fm12 ?

The logo needs to be 180x180, and the small needs to be 20x20.

If you give me an hour, I will whip it up for you and a config

Extract that file, and place it in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/graphics/logos

The last two folders(graphics and logos) may need to be created.

In-game, go to Preferences>Display & Sound, tick 'Always Load Skin on Confirm', and untick 'Use Skin Cache'
