Install Help...Error 1723

Hi all, having real problems with installing FM2011, getting the below error message, I guess a DLL is needed but I have no idea what to download, or how for that matter. Anybody seen this before or know how to fix? Thanks in advance

Sounds like something maybe corrupted or lost-like the registry.
