Installing individual player faces

Hi there, I was wondering how I install a player picture for just one player. I want to do it for Adel Tarrabt at QPR. I saw a thread from a previous version of the game and tried it but it didnt work. If anyone could help me on how to do it, that would be greatly appreciated.
