Installing Problem, Tactics and Playing on Football Manager 10?

I've downloaded Football Manager 10 and go on new game it starts to set up game then it keeps coming up saying failed to load tactic and comes up with all the tactics in the game i carry on and then the game goes a bit blurry and the buttons on the game dont work properly :L.

Do you have any editor database files loaded?

If so, delete them.

Where do you find them please

When you load on the game, it should say Editor Database Files somewhere, click on that and see if any are ticked.
