im trying to sign pastore for my man u team just i didn't have any money so i offered 1mill up front then 20mill over 48 months, palermo said yes i gave him a contract he said yes and then in the news it comes up 'Manchester United dont have enough funds to complete the transfer of Javier pastore from Palermo What should i do
P.S My budget is 8mill

thing is with installments is the total money is taken out of your transfer budget straight away so that there is enough money to cover the transfer, something SI need to hurry up and sort out.. so unrealistic :S
