installsheild wizard help needed!

for some reason i can not install the new fm!!! , the game auto-runs when i insert the disk and then says:

installsheild wizard

could not utilize start class: com.installsheild.wizard. Wizard

i try going on this site but it just says "done" and nothing loads in both IE and firefox , why would it do this?

any help please?!?!

oh by the way , if anyone knows how to get installshield wizard or can get it and maybe email me it or msn me it or anything just give me a shout

want this sorted as i cant play the new fm and its annoying

i created a new user account like that page said and it loaded up fine

um, i reckon i got a problem. since i got the game so far. i have installed it twice. i have also had to reformat my computer twice. first time because screen was just going blank, second becuase my games wouldnt load up (including fm07). do you think that fm is causing this or what?
