When unpacking the file you have both a panels folder and a skin_config file. Do you need to place both in the Skins folder? When I do that I cannot select a different skin ingame (and cannot see the button).

I also cannot seem to select a different skin ingame, should we upload both the 'panels' folder and the skin_config file in the skin folder ?

Just put the whole folder (FM22 Instant Result by Bluestillidie00) in the skins folder and reloud your skin!
