international comp rules - adding squad numbers & 3 from 12 subs in match

Hi, does anyone know how to change squad numbering system to 1-23 for international squads and how to change substitution rules to 3 from 12 for international matches like in real life various competitions (such as all the european int qualifiers, friendlies etc.), and to do it for the existing competition without creating a new?

Am i the only one who's bothered by this "bug" that international competitions rules in the game doesn't fit the real rules?

Without creating new rules I don't think there's a way around it. And the last part, what rules are you referring to that don't fit the real rules of the game?

I'm referring to those rules, squad numbers 1-23 and 23 men match squad for european championship qualifiers for instance, there are more international competitions in the game with this mistake.
