Having managed celtic to back to back champions league wins in 2022 i decided to become argentina manager after the world cup. Any international managers out there have tips for a newbie?

For instance... do i need to go watch players to keep morale high etc?

A list of do's and don'ts would be great.

I manage Turkey International Team, and we won the 2022 world cup due to some amazing regens.

My tips:
-Pick your squad, don't use suggested all the time, you will pick better players if you know what you're looking for in a player
-Know you team's (Argentina in this case) regen date, so you can add the players to your scouting pool (Have to do this manually, I believe)
-Create a tactic that fits your best player(s), then find players that fill open roles.
-Search for players with Dual Nationality, sometimes they can be quality.
-"Blood" players while they're young, so they are stuck with your international team. Do this when you are big favorites, but don't blood too many young players at one time, as you may risk losing.

Any other question? Just ask and I'll do my best to reply.

Thanks mate... Sounds like good advice. I would imagine argentina will produce good regents too. Did you watch matches your players were playing in or did you not bother? I don't feel the need to but if it affects morale then I will do it.

When I did one with England, I watched the players that I wasn't sure if they would be good enough in the national team.

I watch games when a lot of players "in question" are playing. Just to evaluate them.
