Would anyone be interested if i made a database where everyone in the premier league has 20 attributes for everything?

But is there a way not to do transfers in the game, like a setting or something??

You would have an extremely challenging yet extremely boring league. Interesting but there will be no more, best players and this guy is better. I'll follow though if you were to make this :)
 
If you did make this then it would be better if everyone was the same age because after a couple of seasons when the likes of Giggs and other ageing players retire,the team with the best youth facilities will have the best players coming through
 
it might be good cuz you could end up with hull winning the prem or something
 
It would be a very competetive league.
 
To win the league you don't have to find the right players,you'll have to find the right tactic

tbh you need a mixture, its no good having brilliant tactics if you don't have decent players, and vice versa
 
I'm not sure it is possible to do. To have players with attributes of all 20 would be higher than the maximum attribute loading. I tried it once with a Man Utd save and changed my player's stats to all 20's but when I loaded the game they weren't 20's. The only way I think to do it is with the FMRTE but even so, after a few games, the attributes start to decrease anyway

yh that's true. when i created my local football team 1 of my players i put long shots 20 and on the game it was 19
 
Quite Frankly No.
You spelt Interested wrong so for that reason as well as the ridiculous lack of ability between players I will not partake in this database.

that was a typing error if you notice in the description, you would see that i spelt it right there.

and oh i didnt know that the attributes decreased coz i only downloaded the FMRTE yesterday

Dude it would not work, even if it did work, it would be very poor and boring.
