iPhone player condition

I am really struggling to keep player condition high during games. At half time some of my players will drop below 70%!

I have played around with the training set up and not one of my players is on intensive training for fitness. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
A lot of this side of things comes down to the players themselves (older players and especially players with low stamina will lose condition faster during matches) but also down to the tactics you utilise.

On the 'team' level pressing is an intensive style of play and will tire players out - then on top of that consider any specific roles you might have given players, some such as 'box to box midfielder' will force players to cover more ground than others and thus tire them out more.
