IPod touch music, photos + apps transfer

I have a problem, which I am sure someone on here will know the answer to.

I have recently had a problem with the hard drive of my laptop which meant that the hard drive had to be replaced with a new one, which has meant that I have lost everything that was previously saved.

Luckily that was not much and I have re-downloaded Itunes and now the problem is that I get a message, when I plug my Ipod into the laptop, that says "do I want to Erase and Sync it, meaning that I would lose everyone on the Ipod and have to start all over again.

So does anyone know a way of transfering everything on my Ipod to Itunes?

I had the same problem but am not sure if it is possible to transfer everything.

If I want to listen to any music on my laptop I just plug my ipod in and play it on itunes that way8-|
