Ipswich Tactics help needed

Hey guys, fairly new to the forum and need some help with a team Ive put together for Ipswich. It was all going swimmingly with a 4-4-2 approach, then I signed some players and lost one and now I seem to loose every match badly. Most irritatingly my chairman sold my fav. player without asking :'(

Anyway, here's a shot of my team, some decent players, just lacking a good manager

What do you want advice about mate?

Whether your starting XI is strong enough?
