Ive jus taken over Ipwisch Town who are 21st in championship with 3 games left ive won 1 out of 1 anyone know a good constitant tactic for championship next season which i can push for promotion?

the Ghost tactic has worked well for me in the lower leagues (Championship and lower), used it with portsmouth, middlesbrough and derby and gained promotion here's the link

cheers ill have a look its quite hard to understand the man whos created it though :L
atm im playing balanced standard direct man marking deep defensive line normal width and quick tempo and drew 2 lost 2 won 2 ive got a weak squad as ive jus taken over end of season but im signing 3 excellent players in summer already so hopefully i can get promotion x
