Should practice a bit more mate with PS. Nuneton's kit is very bright. and the sponsor is hard to see.
The nike kit should have the same colour inside the collar as the main part of the kit and the subway logo needs to be cropped as theres still white edges around it.

By the way you say your doing SS and FB kits. The first example is of catalogue kits(or similar) and the second is ss.

But ill give you some practice:

Team: Real Madrid
Brand: Addidas
Sponsor: Siemens mobile
Style(ss,fb): FB
First Kit: White with a polo neck collar and black details on kit
Second Kit: Same as home only black kit with white details
Third Kit: Purple and be imaginative
Config: no thanks

Not a bad effort mate, however may I suggest using a slight stroke on badges in future to make them look less flat. And also the sponsor on the home and away is slightly too big.
But it was a good attempt mate, keep it up and they will get better

I'd also recommend saving the shirts an .png files rather than .jpeg, looks much nicer and clearer.
