I've tried it on old FM's but it's so hard, they have no cash. The only way you could earn enough money to buy a top player. But I'd like to give it a try after my Hearts game..

yeah i've done it! its a good challenge, got st pats to group stages of the champions league. you can get some class young fellas to join after the english clubs release their unwanted players towards the end of the season
