always notice that when mancini is with city and they play his 4-2-1-3-1 formation they struggle but as soon as someone comes in with a 4-4-2 tactic they are a top 4 team/league winning team.

It all depends on your team. I normally use a 442 or a 4231 depending on the match and who Im playing as.

It might just suit Man City more. On one game I saw Dalglish take over Man City, and they did much better using a 4-4-2, but it all depends.
