Is Football Manager 12 still the best FM match engine?

I don't understand why they deviated so much from fm 12. It was almost perfect! Fm13 was atrocious and fm 14 isn't much better. Does FM 12 have the best ME?

The final 13 ME was head and shoulders above the 12 ME. The only real reason people still like it was because it was easy to win.

What they said basically. If you can't appreciate the changes in the ME over the years then.. well.. you probably shouldn't be commentating on the state of the ME compared to previous versions.. (H)
