Is Gotze worth it?

I'm managing Manchester United and it's summer of 2013. Got a solid squad except for CAM/LAM and Gotze would really fit in with his Advanced Playmaking attributes.
I have £61m allocated for transfer budgets which gives me £144k of headroom for contract salaries, and Dortmund are most likely to ask for £50m since last time I tried to buy him they wanted something like £44m? I won't be buying players for a couple years and have some really good youths but is £50m+ REALLY worth it? His current stats are here in the pic with adv playmaking selected.

Yeah he definitely one of the top guys on this years FM. He gets world-class status around 21-22 and from there he's impossible to sign since he's most likely at a top club and single handedly driving them to high amounts of progress each season.

Play him as a advanced playmaker on the wing. He draws the CB and through balls a running striker. Give some freedom and maybe some roaming and watch the flow of assists.
