Is it bad/wrong letting my Tassotti(assistant manager) with the OI's ?

Im not that good with OI's,so every time,i ask my assistant to do it,mostly Tassotti...
So what do you think guys ?

What is his tactical style and dose it clash with yours? It's not wrong to let him do it for you but have an idea what he's telling them to do.
