first encounters to this type of situation. here's the story. peter hill-wood abides arsenal and the team is a verge of a board takeover. im closing in to the season, 1 game left in the league, with the fa and champs league final coming up.

by then this happen , manager replacement along side with the board. is there any way to prevent this or it all over for me. feeling emotional with this happening, literally.

In all the times this has come up, I don't think anyone having a lot of success - like being in 1st place - has ever been sacked despite the warnings.

Same thing happened to me at Boro, wasn't top of the league mind, but I had fulfilled the goals of the previous chairman. Got offered a new job when the new chairman arrived but only at the last gasp

im winning every trophy thats coming my way. as of now, i have won 4 trophys: epl, carling, fa, fifa club. 2 more from the aug 2014 till dec 2014, which is community shield , super cup.
trophy count for the season 14/15 = 6.
but wait., i have the champs league final too.

im just worried whether i'll have my contract terminate by mutual consent after knowing that (stupid <)) ancelloti will come. that cuz im making god **** history in the club. yes i have won trophys in the past seasons, but this one is significant on , 14/15.

im sure this wont happen in real life. like if stan krokone take over arsenal, it will be stupid to take Wenger out like snap. both of them are friends.

point to note: the only data base is elp. thats it. due to my silly specs, i can run more that 5 database nations. whilst, im still the manager of England in this save.

You get a steam achievement if you keep your job, i did terrible with lewes once, was in the relegation zone, and managed to keep my job.

It is highly unlikely that your'll get the boot. I've had lots of these warnings over the years on FM and the only one that came true was when I was involved in a relegation battle. Your job should be safe whether you win the extra trophy or not.

happened to me in first season with Derby whilst I was running away with it in first place in the championship. Same type of bs rumours, the Chariman was quoted to have said he'd give a 70 million war chest for transfers and will replace me with some decent championship manager (whose name escapes me now).

I kept my job, the chairman even saying he was very happy with what he had seen, but that 70 million war chest turned out to be 500k...

Happened to me on a previous save with Port Vale. Won back to back promotions and then just as I was preparing for the worst the new chairman let me keep the job. He released a statement saying that the support I had from the club was the reason I was kept on.

Hoorah.

but i dont get it. if the team is on a relegeation break, then yes they will go for a new manager. but since im leading the charts, hy will the new chairman want too get a replacement.

I think it is mainly just rumours. You here about it in real life, admittedly not as much as on FM but still a bit. I don't really worry about it anymore.

This is exactly what happened to me mate, congratulations! Hopefully he brings a bit of money just as my one did. :D

my transfer budget rose to 120m pounds, and somehow i can get anymore affilates to loan players out.

I was just going to start taking bets on if you'l be allowed to stay! ;)

But good job. No one can fire you if those are the results you bring to the table!

quick tip.... try putting a manager release clause in everyones contracts... you get sacked then the whole team can leave and follow you to another club?? maybe worth a punt just incase
