Is it possible to add an existing nation to European competitions?

Hello, just wondering if we can add another nation (eg an Asian nation) into the EU so that the nation will participate in Euro Cup and qualify for World cup from Europe, and its top teams will participate in EL/UCL ? If not possible, can we somehow swap an EU nation with an Asian one to make it work?
