Is it possible to create a "B" team?

im in my 12 season with Villa and having a B team in the lower leagues would be great for my youth and reserves but is there a way to create one without the data editor? if not then can i use the data editor and put it in my current game save?

You can't create a B team with the data editor in mid way but you can create a B team with the data editor.
Maybe try FMRTE and change 1 team into your B team..

If you do this might also be an idea to add a manager of that team so that they can play the same tactics and just go on holiday with that manager.
