make brazilian, argentinian etc players not have to have work permits?

yes, there is a database you can download on Fm-Base as well as using FMRTE to edit/remove or add other nationalities

not even sure about the FMRTE though, someone who uses it might be able to offer a more comprehensive explanation on it..

OK.... There's a database >> Link
With FMRTE... ****... I didn't use it for a long time now... but if i remember correct, there's should be option in first screen about second nationality... you can choose it from drop down menu... I would suggest to choose German nationality, cuz he won't be able to play for Germany, only his first and original country ;)
I hope I helped a litte :)

Cheers Fellas :)

Its Not appearing, where should i save it?

I'm not sure exactly which database it is, but someone did a really clever edit where they just used the regular editor and added every nation into the EU, therefore meaning that they could be of any nationality but work permits wouldn't be a problem.

Actually, I've just remembered, its the Free Transfers database where no-one has contracts, so that's not ideal for you, but it is a clever work around, and if you want to do it yourself I think it works like this:

- Load Editor to preferred database
- From the left menu of areas in which you can search, select Nations
- Then search for Brazil (for example)
- The bottom left menu now has new options, the second one down of which is "Information". Select this.
- The bottom option is now a section called "Agreements". Click Add and then search for "European Union". Choose the only available option and press add

Hope that helps :)

--------EDIT:---------
There's one more thing that I think you need to do:
- In the same left hand bar where you choose "Information", choose "Nations Treated as EU"
- Click Add, and then you get five options. Bring down the search box underneath "Agreement" and again search for European Union, and add it.

I think that's it!
