Does your age in game as a manager influences your carrer, in my case i start always with 25, i'm at 27, i won an european thorphy, but i can't move to another club because they won't accept me ! Any suggestions ? oO)

I don't think eighter, but it's funny, because in fm 2010, with a couple of international trophys and national you could get a job outside your country.. I don't know what to do... :S I've even tried to apply for a national team that it's far down in the fifa rank, and they did not accept me..

I'm starting to think so... I've started managing at 25, just like you, and have been tearing through the Portuguese leage, winning 5 championships, 5 national supercups (6th on its way), 3 national cups, and have been consistently fighting for the Champions League, having one appearance at the first knockout stage, one final(lost 1-0 against AC Milan, typical italian play), two quarter-finals and a semi-final...
If I were playing fm 10 I'd already be managing a top team in a top league... Is anyone having the same issues?
It could be they simply changed the system to be harder to get hired...

I think your right, beacause in my other game, i managed my home town team Fc Ages, that it's in the second division, after 4 seasons at the club i managed to win the Europa League, 3 national cups, 4 supercups, and something like that, and even then it wasn't possible to move foward. I was really hopping to be in the premier right now. LOL =)
