Is it worth getting? (Last played FM 11)

Hi

I just wanted to ask if FM 2014 is worth getting. I last played FM 2011, so I guess there are some major upgrades that took place during those years.

So is FM 2014 a lot better than FM 2011 or should I wait till FM 2015 comes out?

If I were you I would wait for FM15. FM14 have a really cool Interface but the ME is just too bad.

Not true. It's got it's issues but the ME isn't as bad as people make it out to be.

Like Mike said, only you can decide dude, I'd say it's well worth it especially for the prices that it will be available. If anything, it's got to a stage where it's playable now, so waiting till FM15 could prove more of a risk than not. Just saying. I know I won't be buying FM15 when it comes out until Feb-March the following year as it was terrible when it came out the last... since pretty much it moved to Steam

I think the game is pretty good. You might want to try to get it on a sale though, too bad you missed the 75% discount from the steam summer sale...

I'd recommened to buy FM14 over FM15 because in the last few years there were alot of bugs and complains about the game and it takes SI some time to fix it. Since you're still playing FM11(?) i don't think you care too much about the newest transfers and stuff, so that doesn't matter i guess. (also you can download lfcmarshall update for recent transfers)

Compared to FM11 FM 14 is alot faster and i think overall it's a better game. I don't think SI gave any update about FM15 yet so i don't know if it'd be worth the wait anyway, since they haven't said what they're gonna change.

Anyways, I'd buy FM14, but try to do it when it's on sale somewhere.

Sorry for hijacking your thread, but I didn't want to start a new one.

I briefly played FM14 when it was launched and had a really bad experience. Injuries, no goals, stupid on field action. So bad I reverted to FM13.

Is is better now or should I stick with FM13 (better in the sense, will it cause frustration or feel rewarding)?

I recently went from FM11 to FM14 - a much more enjoyable since to me it runs a lot faster. It is tougher.

I moved from 12 to 14 and didnt like it at first. Dont like the new interface especially on match day. Some improvements though. Just takes a while getting used to really.
