im currently in season 6 on my current game and after a managerial move i now find myself in the championship managing coventry after getting them promoted. We have a wage bill of just £4m which is the second lowest in the divison and have to survive on freebies. This got me thinking of ways to save money.... normally i negotiate the best possible deal for myself but really is there any benefit in doing so? Would the club and my team be better off if i negototiated a lesser deal for myself?

No... You used to be able to re-negotiate to £1 p/w but they patched it... Bastards!

This money does leave the club as staff wages or something like that.. Just accept the lowest you can on the longest possible contract.

Another usefull thing with a low contract is that it makes it easier to switch club.
