Ive been pondering on this subject for a while and haven't come to a conclusion about the matter with my friend. The situation is this :
If you was to have a squad of players , and the majority of the players were from the same nation, would the team overall as a whole perform better than what they would with just a random set of players ?
For e.g, Barcelona. Their set up mainly consists of Spanish players with the odd exception for Argentinians and Brazilians. They have brilliant chemistry and are always bringing up new Spanish talent through their youth systems.
So would this be the same on FM. Could you buy a lot of players from 1 nation and get them to gel allot more than what you would have with a random selection of players and if so , how much more affective would this be ?
It would be nice to take a team to success that are mainly from 1 nation, just like Barcelona have done on many occasions.
