Is there a way to check each leagues foreigner rule without loading up each league?

Can you find out how many foreigners each league allow you to have in your team without loading up each league? I mean in Serie A you can only sign 2 non-eu players each year, and in Russia 6 of your starting 11 have to have Russian nationality.

No, you have to have the leagues loaded up to see them, you could probably google it but i doubt it would be up?

I've tried googling it but it doesn't show the exact rules as it does in FM, bit of a pain really cos I can't decide on a league to start in, I am thinking of a journeyman save but dunno where to begin. Cheers for the reply bro.
