Is there a way to open two Football Manager windows?

Hi all, I play Football Manager in windowed mode and was wondering is there a way to open up two windows at the same time and play two different games? Thanks ^^)

I do use Steam, I remember having two windowed mode games open before on a different game but can't remember how I did it.

I wanted to do this to holiday and play at the same time, maybe if you run on steam and normal?

Also when I do it on normal it says FM is already running. :S

I am not sure how to run it on 'normal' I've always used Steam. Ah it doesn't matter, thanks anyway
