Is there an advanced editor tutorial?

What subject says. I have searched for one but I can't find any.

I activated the advanced edition and I don't see what's what among several "Second B" and "??????" competition phases.

So, if there is one and somebody happens to know, I would be grateful for a link to it.

It's for competition editing. if you add nation rules and such you go into one of the drop down menus and it says convert to advanced rules

Yeah, the advanced edition reallyneeds some kind of introduction and/or description of all the new features. Because I ave absolutely no idea of what all those "????" and index numbers mean or how they work. It's a bit of a clusterpuddle of info and options, and there are way to many different stuff to just guess try it all out.
