Is there any advantage to playing the formation your Asst Coach prefers?

Is there an advantage in playing the formation your assistant coach prefers? Should you be looking to hire an assistant who uses your formation?

Does the same apply to Coach's that you hire? Do you get a boost if their preferred formation is the one you use??

I personally havent tried... its not about your assistant and how he likes to play its you, otherwise you might aswell pack up your tent and let the *** man be the manager.
