Hey, I tested really alot tactics with my Werder team and nothing worked. Could you tell, what tactic is the best atm? I want to play with 2 wingers.

Raikans 4-4-2 is one of the best going for winger tactics :)

I tested your tactic and here are my results...

If you are a Werder fan, then you should try and implement the style they play.

If you are desperate to play with wingers, you have Marin on the left but anything on the right? using a target man or a poacher to get onto crosses from wide?

There are no auto win tactics this year so you really just need a sensible framework that suits your team and the players. If you aren't comfortable setting up the roles and duties yourself, TheBetterHalf has a great thread that could help you. There you can check out some of the strategy behind the tactics and download tactics for several of the more popular and successful formations.

In my opinion, tactics that are based on custom settings aren't worth your time this year. They could work for you, but it's not any more guaranteed than the default FM tactics working for you, and the bottom line is that they were set up for the creator's team and not yours. Gone are the days where the opposition AI couldn't handle certain settings so it's pointless now, and having too many tweaks leaves you with no way to make simple adjustments to adapt it to your needs.

Aside from TBH's thread, JP Woody also has a solid 4-2-4 with a good framework, and he might have another formation out too, not sure.

you need tactics to gel and to fit your team.
you cant just chop and change after a few results
I totally agree but those results are awful no matter how you look at it.
