Is there anyway to DON'T control the first team?

I want to manage the youth or the B team only. Is it possible, that my assistant controls the first team?

i'm not 100% sure on this but i think that the only way to do that is to apply for teh job at a spanish b team or equivalent that's actually in the league structure like real madrid castilla or barcelona atletic

You can manage Spanish B teams only, as well as international u21's or 19's but that it's. There might be other leagues where you can be B teams but I can't think of any major ones.

Yep, I knew that, just wanted to know, if I can let my assistant manage the first team fixtures.

Holiday during first team games and play the reserve or youth games you want, although i can imagine that would be boring as **** lol
