Is there supposed to be an agent button?

Just downloaded the demo..The first thing I want to do is to find the agent. And found none. Then I press continue for 2 times and there it is,an agent. Though he only pops up in my inbox, offering his client, Arda Turan. Just wondering here, can I find the agents in the game at all beside in my inbox? I attached a screenshot, let me know if I'm missing any button.

Yeah I know that but do I can only access it if message like that appear?

Yes when you offer the contracts you are talking to the agent!

also you can just go to the players personel information and it tells you his agents name and you can click on the agent and view all his clients
