Hello,
I was managing Cameroon on 10.3 Patch..

I placed a advert for a Under 23 manager, However it wont let me offer anyone the under 23s job.

Also, No one applies to be a physio for me? Not even a regen. When i offer one of them the job they always reject me.... :s
 
Finding staff for African nations is notoriously difficult as i learned to my cost when i sacked Ivory Coasts backroom team as i was sure i could recruit better....

oh right, I won African cup of nations and did the same thinking I could get amazing staff.

never find anyone worthwhile, the one job that never gets any candidates for for months on end is the physio job! i think Fm need to sort it out

well i do manage teams like Ghana and Ivory Coast etc, but im sure there are better coaches out there that would like too manage! also its maybe only advertised for the unemployed, hence them all being **** as they are unemployed!

the best way is to offer the jobs to your own staff who have you as their favourite personel...

Yes, it was really annoying me, However. Jay Jay Ochay ( former bolton player ) just applied for under 20s haha
 
10.3 patch i have Dietmar Hamman(sp) as my ***. Mananger for Ghana, however it is 2012, and I am a world class manager who has won everything at least twice club level
