Where did he send you this? If it was by a messaging service online, then it's most likely to be a scam because sometimes links are automatically sent from the other person without them realising, but it does look unprofessional so it must be

Yep looks like it. I used to deal with online fraud in my work and it certainly looks dodgy...

It's a total scam.
If it was that good, why isn't there any forum at their site?
And why you can't find much info about them @ other fora?
