Would like to run in 3D mode, was wondering if these specifications are OK for it.

That's the system requirements :)

Yes read that but was double checking if this laptop would be ok? Do you think it would be?

It's work and run ok. My computers 2.3Ghz processer, 4 GB RAM and 256Mb graphics card and runs it fine. Just hoping future versions don't become too processor demanding or I won't be able to run them. :(

You'll be able to run it comfortably, 3D should work fine (maybe a few seconds lag while it loads a replay/ start of match) but it'll be fine.

FM isn't and never has been a spec-intensive game, it really doesn't require state of the art specs to run it.
