Is this normal? How can I turn my shots into goals?!

Look at the number of woodwork shots and look at the ccc's! Is this normal? What do I need to do to turn these 41 shots into goals? I am currently using the It works tactic (too lazy to find the thread with the tactic :$) and getting some good results. But should I hire better coaches, both in the defending and attacking department og should I do some ticking with an already good tactic?

honestly mate there's no point, it's a bug within the match engine myself and many others have encountered this problem and it looks like it ain't gonna get fixed any time soon

From my experience, fin 10/tec 10/cmp 20 striker score twice more than fin 20/tec 20/cmp 10. Hope that helps

I know, its ****** annoying. I usually hate using exploits, but with the way the ME is working this year I've simply had to. I've gone 3-4 matches in a row where I hit 30 shots on target with about 10 ccc and I draw 1-1 and only score from a complete fluke
