Not sure if anyone can do this, but simular to the team report function, where the assistant gives his opinion on the squad and the strongest 11.

could anyone create a "team tactic's" which would look at the squad and determine based on the players in your squad which is the best tactic/formation to play???

Would be brilliant for me as im forever tweaking and changing unable to find the one which allows me to go on an unbeaten run.

Any thoughts?

i dont know if that is possible but u cud try all sorts of different formations in friendlies against teams of a similar quality 2 ur team. then just see which provides the most sucess

that is what i would go with, part of the fun with fm is finding the best tactic to suit ur team etc.

i have been trying that for two seasons! haha, im so inconsistant.

I will post myt squad and if anyone has any suggestions then feel free to let me know.

andid1 is right there is no set formations its jst wats right 4 ur eam, but tbh u can never go wrogn with 4-4-2 with wingers

yeah 442 is the most complete, use javi garcia (very very good destroyer and deadly in long shots then another more offensive oreintated, but your team looks better midfield onwards, your defence is a bit weak
