Is this regen any good?

I'm playing with Velez in the Argentinian league. Having not needed to bring in any players for cash in the summer, I picked up a few 4 and 1/2 * potential regens just to see what I could do with them

I also picked up this guy (got excited and spent 1 mil on him).
Can he be world class? (considering he only has 3 and 1/2 * potential)
Obviously strength needs big working on

Composure is terrible, improve that and other mental stats he could be brilliant

Do I start by training composure specifically then?

Personally i would work on his pace first. I feel as if it's easier to train very young players to improve their physicals than their mentals.

In my opinion he could become a good player in ten years time, but he needs a lot of training on.
