Issues with wages/club

I sacked my assistant manager in the hopes of getting a better 1. Problem is the guy i wanted request £3700 per week but the max the club would allow to offer is £1900. He won't come even with a big sign on bonus.

Is there any way to increase staff wages? All i seem to see is player wages/transfer budget.

Also what is the likelihood of a manager selling the club. Mine is down as willing to listen to offers or something. Would be cool if a saudi tycoon brought us xD

you can adjust budgets in the board room or financial section if you have enough funds left.

What team are you, im guessing your like league 1 or league 2? i had this a while back trying to get boas as a scout even after a wage adjustment they said they would only offer the same amount of wages a before so i dunno how it works
